Year : 2021

Topic : Personal Effectiveness & Team Building at Workplace

Sessions : 3

Participants Per Session : 50

Relevance: To elaborate on the importance of behaviour and its immediate effect on the synergy of the organization. These activity based sessions were conducted to dwell a bit deep in the areas of self-assessment , working as cross functional teams and leading a new age organization .

Client : Uttarakhand Power Corporation (UPCL)

Year : 2019

Topic : Effectiveness Through Behaviour Modulation & Team Building

Sessions : 40

Participants Per Session : 50 – 70

Relevance: To elaborate on the importance of behavioural changes for self development and organizational effectiveness. These activity intensive one day sessions were conducted to enthuse ‘first touch points’ of the highly esteemed distribution company of Dehradun towards working as a team for the benefit of the customers.

Relevance: Conducted on the recommendation of UERC to enthuse the employees on the importance of cultivating empathy towards consumer for problem resolution. The core of the program centred around activities to highlight the areas of customer delight for service centric organization and making small changes at workplace behaviour to become more concerned about the problems of consumers.

Topic : Training for Management & Executives on applied elements of OB , Team work & Leadership

Sessions : 3 Full Day split sessions – 2 for Executives & 1 for Managers

Relevance: IMA blood bank Dehradun was interested to conduct a team building program and activity based sessions on areas such as workplace behaviour , employee -manager conflict resolution and self-improvement . This interactive , high energy intensive program filled with group activities tried to focus on the relevance of working as a connected high performance team by IMA employees . This program had a specific session on typical workplace conflicts faced by the organization and called for planning to resolve the same cordially .

Relevance: The client was interested to impart elements of professional work culture and team spirit among the young recruits. Additionally they wanted the program to establish showcase the way forward for effective teams. This program was conducted as a series of activity based lectures to comply with the specific areas of improvement sought by the client in their setup.

The programs are designed and customized for educational institutions & corporate organizations who look forward to explore the benefits of life skills and positive psychology in corporate teams and students life .

For corporate organizations my programs are for young executives and up to middle management level on areas like team building , managing emotions , building an aura of customer delight , role of empathy in marketing , workplace behavior ,conflict resolution . Programs on building effective teams and transformation to executive roles for fresh recruits can also be planned based on discussions.

For educational institutions ( schools and colleges ) I take up sessions on Interview skills , career mapping and soft skills .

These are normally conducted at client’s premises or a location . Sessions are activity intensive so until and unless the components are so devised that it is conducive for the members to participate online , I do prefer personal presence.

In today’s environment the role of life skills can not be ignored . It is important that individuals are made aware of the benefits of positive psychology in life. At the same time how a productive workplace should function depends largely on the matured roles played by the team members and organization’s leaders. My program will benefit the teams and organizations finding a hard time to build a proactive and cooperative workplace.

For educational institution the student groups find my program useful in identifying and filling  the gap which exists in their academic pursuit and career goals .  My sessions would try to demonstrate and apply techniques which could be employed at institutional level in developing systems for an overall growth of their students.

Charges for the programs are dependent on the contact hours and modules demanded by the organizations . Any such program takes place after finalizing the event plan telephonically or in person . Costs are subjected to subject matter , duration , location and travel arrangements for me and my team .
